What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies by product type. Standard catalogue items start from 20 units per SKU, custom dimension orders from 50 units per design, and OEM or white-label orders are discussed case by case. Please contact our sales team to discuss what works best for your business.

Can I customise the dimensions, colour, or finish of the furniture?

Yes. We offer customisation for bulk orders including custom dimensions (height, width, depth), surface finish (melamine colour, matte, gloss, or wood-grain texture), hardware selections (handle styles, hinge types, drawer runner grades), and branded or custom packaging for OEM clients. Do you accept OEM or white-label manufacturing orders?

Yes. Hallmark Furniture accepts OEM and white-label manufacturing orders for clients who wish to sell under their own brand name. Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide including Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, China, Japan, India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, Germany, United States, Australia, and many more across Southeast Asia, East Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America, Australia, and Africa. All products are exported through Port Klang, Malaysia.

What are the production and shipping lead times?

Production lead time is typically 30 to 45 working days from order confirmation, depending on volume and customisation. Estimated sea freight transit times from Malaysia: Southeast Asia 3–10 days, East Asia 5–14 days, Middle East 15–22 days, Europe 20–30 days, North America 25–35 days, and Australia 12–20 days. Air freight is available at additional cost for urgent smaller orders.

How is the furniture packaged for international shipping?

All furniture is packed using export-grade packaging including high-density foam padding on all surfaces and corners, shrink-wrap film to protect against moisture and dust, strong corrugated cardboard boxes with reinforced edges, wooden pallet bases for container loading stability, and clearly marked cartons with item codes and handling instructions. Our packaging is designed to withstand long-haul sea freight across all climate zones.

Do you handle export documentation and shipping paperwork?

Yes. We prepare all standard export documentation including the Commercial Invoice and Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (Form D for ASEAN, or General CO for other regions), Fumigation Certificate where required, and any additional product-specific certificates upon request. Import customs clearance at the destination is the buyer’s responsibility.

How does Hallmark Furniture ensure product quality?

Quality is built into every stage of our production. Our quality control process includes raw material inspection on arrival, in-process checks for cutting accuracy and surface finish, structural load and joint strength testing on samples, a final QC sign-off by our dedicated team before packaging, and pre-shipment inspection available for third-party agencies upon buyer’s request.

Does Hallmark Furniture provide a product warranty?

Yes. All products come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty covering structural defects, surface delamination, edge banding failure, and hardware malfunction under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure beyond product specification, improper assembly, or transit damage not reported within 7 days of delivery.

Can I arrange a third-party pre-shipment inspection?

Yes. We welcome pre-shipment inspections by recognised agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek. Our Selangor facility is fully accessible to authorised inspectors upon prior arrangement. Please notify us at least 5 working days before the intended inspection date.

What should I do if products arrive damaged?

Document all damaged items with clear photographs immediately upon receipt, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and contact our after-sales team within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We take every damage claim seriously and will arrange for replacement parts or products as appropriate.

Does Hallmark Furniture provide assembly instructions?

Yes. All products come with clear assembly instructions included in the packaging. Instructions are provided in English and can be made available in other languages upon request for large OEM or retail orders. Digital copies of assembly instructions are available — contact our support team with your product code.

Can I order spare parts or replacement hardware?

Yes. We maintain an inventory of spare parts and replacement hardware for our active product lines, including hinges, drawer runners, handles, and shelf pins.
