Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please read our strict guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and order cancellations.

Delivery Inspection & On-the-Spot Returns

Customers are strongly advised to carefully inspect all furniture for damages before signing the delivery order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return the product to us on the spot at the time of delivery.

We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable return requests. However, we reserve the right to refuse or deny any or all requests for return at our sole discretion.

Eligibility and Condition of Return

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the item must be in the exact condition that you received it: uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also present the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns that are damaged or soiled by the user will not be accepted. These items will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s own expense, and the request for return will be denied.

We strictly do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind.

Return Shipping & Evaluation Process

Please note that for any approved return of rejected goods after the initial delivery, the cost of delivering the items back to our warehouse shall be borne solely by the customer.

To investigate the reason for the return, we reserve the right to subject the product to further evaluation. This assessment will take 3-7 working days upon our receipt of the returned item. Items that are damaged due to the purchaser’s fault or normal wear and tear are not considered faulty and will not be refunded.

Manufacturing Defects & Transit Damage

Though rare, there is a possibility of manufacturing defects or furniture being damaged during transportation. Should you detect any damage such as knocks, dents, or cracks, please inform us immediately or email hello@loftdesign.com.my.

  • Minor Issues: In cases where products have minor scratches and dents, the item will be touched up, repaired, or replaced at our discretion.
  • Major Defects: Once the item is back at our warehouse and inspected by our team, a refund will be issued within 7 working days if the defect is confirmed to be caused by the manufacturer.

Product Variations & Tolerances

Colors & Materials: Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and individuals may see these colors differently. Photography lighting conditions also affect color representation. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. Furthermore, products may vary slightly from images due to the use of natural wood color and grain patterns, marble color and stone patterns, different fabric batches, or leather grains. Because of this, color and material variations are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

Measurements: All measurements are made by hand. Please allow for a 1-2cm deviation.

Refund Policy

If there is a confirmed quality issue with the product you ordered, or if an item is out of stock due to fast-selling inventory, we will process a refund to you within 5-7 working days.

All processed refunds will be credited strictly via the original payment method to ensure secure tracking of money movement.

Amendment / Cancellation Policy

Change of order or cancellation is strictly not allowed after order confirmation.
